Quick answers to the questions we get most.

I've got an injury. Should I be training at all?
Probably yes, and probably differently to how you have been. The Discovery Call is where we find out. The Consult includes a movement screen specifically to know what we work around. Jodie (osteo) is in the building if a flare-up needs treatment, so you don't lose six weeks waiting on a referral.
How is this different from a regular PT?
A regular PT runs you through a workout. We run you through an 8-week cycle, coached at 4:1, with a postural assessment, InBody scans at Week 0 and Week 8, a Week 4 sit-down to recalibrate, and an osteopath in the same building. The system is the difference.
How is this different from F45 / bootcamps / Anytime?
Those are great for some people. They're not built for adults 40+ with a niggle. We never do random workouts, we never run more than 4 to a coach, and we measure everything we do.
How much does it actually cost?
Memberships start from $55, and every membership includes Pilates, Yoga, strength classes, personalised coached training, nutrition guidance, InBody body composition measuring, and strength testing. Coached, not add-on. We'll recommend the right pathway for you on the Discovery Call.
Do I need to be "in shape" before I start?
No. The whole point of the Consult is to meet you where you are. We've started members coming back from surgery, others who hadn't trained in 5 years. The program scales, the structure doesn't.
What if I can only train once a week?
Honest answer, the program needs at least 2 sessions to deliver. If once is all you've got right now, the Discovery Call is still worth it; we'll figure out a path.
Can I pause or cancel?

I started Duo because I kept meeting men in their 40s and 50s who had the income, the motivation, and the right intent, and were getting let down by the system. Either by gyms that didn't care if they showed up, or by trainers who didn't know how to handle an aging shoulder, or by physios who could fix the pain but not what caused it.

We built Duo to fix that. Coach in one room, osteo in the next, an 8-week system that actually progresses, and a maximum of four people on the floor with one coach at a time. Two sessions a week. Real weights, coached properly, around your body, not someone else's.
