Jodie is the osteopath in the building, and the reason a lot of our women members joined. Registered osteo (UK & Australia), certified Pilates instructor, and sports massage therapist, with deep specialisation in women's health, post-natal recovery, perimenopause and menopause. Translation: when something's going on with your body that a generic trainer would miss, Jodie won't.

Quick answers to the questions we get most.

I'm in perimenopause. Will the training actually help?
Yes, and resistance training is one of the few interventions with strong research behind it for perimenopause and beyond (bone density, sleep, mood, body composition, cognitive function). The Discovery Call is where we map your picture, and Jodie consults if there's clinical context.
I had a baby [X] months/years ago. Is it safe?
It depends on what's going on, which is exactly what the Consult is for. Jodie specialises in post-natal recovery, pelvic floor, diastasis, return to lifting. We won't load anything until we've screened for what's safe.
How is this different from Pilates / yoga / reformer?
We love Pilates and yoga, that's why they're included in your membership. They're the supporting cast. Strength training is the lead. The combination is the result.
How is this different from F45 or a regular gym?
F45 and big gyms run high-intensity group programming for general populations. We coach 4 women at a time, run progressive 8-week cycles, and have an osteopath specialising in women's health in the building. Different sport entirely.
How much does it actually cost?
Memberships start from $55, and every membership includes Pilates, Yoga, strength classes, personalised coached training, nutrition guidance, InBody body composition measuring, and strength testing. Coached, not add-on. We'll recommend the right pathway for you on the Discovery Call.
I haven't trained in years. Will I be the slowest one there?
There is no "slowest one there", we coach 4-to-1, your program is yours, and most of our members started exactly where you are now. We meet you where you are. The only requirement is showing up.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Pause up to 3 months a year, no questions asked. No lock-in. Cancel inside 14 days, full refund, we just ask for one line of feedback.

I started Duo with Jodie because we kept meeting women in their 40s and 50s who'd been let down by the same loop: a gym that didn't get them, a Pilates class that helped but didn't progress, and a physio who could fix the pain but couldn't load them back up afterward. The system was missing.

We built Duo to fix that. Coach in one room, women's-health osteo in the next, an 8-week strength system that actually progresses, and a maximum of four people on the floor with one coach at a time. Real weights, coached around your body, perimenopause-aware, post-natal-aware, pelvic-floor-aware.
